Entire 1-BR apartment on the mountainside of Okemo.

- Ludlow Recreation Area - 7 minutes drive

- Okemo State Forest - 17 minutes drive

- Camp Plymouth State Park (Camping, Fishing and Picnic area) - 16 minutes drive



Guest Access:

Accessible with smart lock through front door.

Located on the mountain, minutes to food and dining in Downtown Ludlow.



Getting Around:

Car required, AWD or 4WD with snow tires highly recommended November-March.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Air conditioning: there is central AC at this property. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).



Water Feature: Swimming is not permitted in the pond.



Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home! The house only allows one dog and there’s a $150 fee plus tax for. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that the dog stays leashed outdoors and that you clean up after him. If you did not included your pet when booking, or the booking channel did not add the pet fee automatically, please reach out to let us know or we'll reach out to add it manually. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to potential allergy issues.



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 6 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 6 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
