'We arrived at the property around 10 PM but immediately felt very uncomfortable with the surrounding neighborhood while driving in. The area felt sketchy, and unsafe. There was a group of men drinking beer on the corner and one urinating at the end of the block. Because of this, we decided not to stay and left shortly after arriving.I notified the host that we did not stay & requested any type of reimbursement, even acknowledgement, but the response appeared to be a copied-and-pasted message...

Everything was top quality; from thick towels, fluffy robes, and yes - high quality toilet paper and plenty of paper towel!!!! 10/10 rating.'
