« The positive, If you are homeless then this is an upgrade! I really tried to not be critical & over look things as this was an inexpensive place to just sleep at night while working. I stay at cheap hotels & overlook cosmetic issues, if it’s clean & comfortable, I don’t care about the tile/fixtures/linens, you get a great review. So I wasn’t going to complain that the bathroom was a do-it-yourself nightmare. Newly remodeled bathroom has a hole cut out of the wall so the toilet is half inside...

« This property met all my needs, including the kitchenette area, the bed which was super comfortable, the location which was near my daughter, the a/c controls, and the TV and cable channel lineup. The only thing that could be improved is the shower doesn’t get hot - it gets warm enough but not hot like the tap in the sink. That could really be improved for a perfect stay. »

« Property is exactly as pictured. You have your own parking spot in the driveway. You have a gate keypad lock and you walk on a sidewalk that’s well lit at night to the back of the house to your own private studio apt. There are 2 apts In the back of the house with a nice grassy area if you want to sit outside. Studio had great flooring, amenities and was spotless. Just wish I had a dresser for my clothes. The washer and dryer are in a locked closet outside and worked great. Stayed for one month...

« Liked: Very clean and comfortable studio. Check-in was so easy. Yadria was amazing and gracious. She responded to emails immediately. I stayed 11 days, and it was perfect. With a private entrance from the private fenced yard. The studio was beautifully done. It was on a very quiet street. The location was perfect. You couldn't ask for a better place. « The place was pretty clean - towels and bedsheets smelling very fresh. The place is exactly as the pictures. The only issue I had was the lock not working with the assigned code but the host made sure I got a physical key. My checking was at 3pm but I couldn't arrived until midnight... GOSH, he answered the phone at that time to help me out. Juan was awesome! »

« If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other...

« This is a beautiful guest house in a great location with the most amazing hosts. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and easy to get anywhere you would want to go in the Wellington/Palm beach area. I look forward to going back next year. »
