    “The space itself was very very nice and tidy, the check-in process, however, was horrible. Communication efforts were very poor- we ended up having to wait in the rain for 2+ hours after the check in time (which was supposed to be 4 pm), due to no answers to both their office phone and cell that was listed+ email communication replies took HOURS in between each email.”

    “We spent four nights at the Cambridge Suites in an Executive Suite on the 21st floor. On the plus side, the location is great and downtown Toronto is very walkable from the hotel. It's good for families because you get more space than a traditional hotel room, plus a small kitchen area. The breakfast was fine, but we only ate in the hotel as we had some free vouchers. Otherwise I'd recommend going out to eat as there are many better options. The downside is that the hotel just feels very...”

    “- Comfortable modern style - Spacious - Excellent facilities (kitchen, microwave, large fridge, large TV with Netflix) - Great location near to tourist attractions, but still quiet for good sleep - Only minor improvement point: some dust/dirt at places (e.g. on wardrobe railing, around light switches), but very minor and didn't spoil the extreme comfort staying here.”
