'This condo is beautiful, vintage and has amazing views. All the creature comforts and the owner was 100% hospitable and responded VERY quickly for all my questions. '

'Charming property close to trolley and a wonderful little jazz bar only a two-minute walk away. It has a regular coffee pot and not a Keurig which I felt was a bonus. Parking is on the street and limited to 2 hours from 7am to 5pm which worked fine for us. We drove to a public lot on Basin Street and parked for 5 all day while sightseeing. We returned at night and had a spot right in front of the unit.'

'This is our second stay at one of Mitch's VRBOs. He is easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions. Both apartments we stayed at were nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a stocked kitchen, and everything we needed for an easy stay. Wonderful location. There are multiple places to eat within walking distance. We love Brady's, Mom's, Cena, Kate St., 113, LaCarretta, and more! We would recommend and look forward to our next stay! '

'There was a puddle in the hallway and lots of soft spots in the walls near it. There was laminate covering the kitchen sink and there was no stove. The only shower was in the closet of on of the bedrooms.Weird place. Great location.'

'Our stay at the Black and Gold was amazing. The entire building and apartment is gorgeous. Everything is very clean. I felt very safe staying here. The location is ideal. The wrap around balcony is also very nice. I hope to stay here again the next time I visit New Orleans. '

'Check in was kind of crazy, my lil brother went in the wrong entrance and walk in someone else’s room. It’s two of the same houses but different addresses, same codes on both houses. Guy came out with a knife, which I thought was funny, but we got it straight. House is clean and location is 10 minutes away from everything. My family wants to return next year for Marti Gras. I hope it’s available. I recommend this property to everyone. '
