Chalets in The Palace of the Lost City

'The pre arrival information was great and the check in quick and easy. Staff were always helpful and courteous. The rooms were fair but we struggled to find plug points to charge phones etc. The bathroom was quite dark and the cold water tap dripped. Meals were served well and were more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was great.'

'Alles wunderbar gesehen! Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich! Das All-Inklusive-Angebot ist super. Am Ende war Preis-Leistung überragend! Kann man mit bestem Wissen & Gewissen weiterempfehlen!'

'Gezellig en knusse bed and breakfast. De kamer was ruim en alles was netjes en schoon. Het ontbijt was voldoende. Vlakbij Pilanesberg National Park. '

'Een prachtige plek om te zijn. Respect voor de natuur. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Tshukudu Bush Lodge is geweldig! Echt een aanrader.'

'the lodge is just beautiful, the animals walk around the property and are very easy to see. the rooms (luxury suites) are very well equipped and decorated. Staff is super friendly and helpful; food options are plenty and very tasty and the game drives are very well organized.'

The next day we were told 1 hour before lunch by another receptionist that we had forfeited it and were expected to...

' We had an incredible stay at Umoya Lodge in Pilanesberg and couldn’t recommend it more. The game drives were absolutely amazing, made even more special by our ranger, Rassie, who was knowledgeable, passionate, and a joy to spend time with. We saw so much wildlife and every drive felt like a true safari adventure. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the lodge itself is beautiful. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing after a day out...
