The space
The cottage home is yours to enjoy. The home is a century old cottage on the outside & fully upgraded on the inside. The living room is light and airy. There are large windows that overlook the tree-lined street. The rooms are comfy and cozy. Kitchen is bright and modern. There are two bathrooms one with a full soaking tub and the other at three-quarter shower with modern fixtures. The front has a cute screened porch. The back has a fully enclosed patio with native potted plants & lounge chairs to enjoy the LA weather.
Guest access
The entire house is available for guests to use. Indoor and outdoor. Comes with one assigned parking spot. Please note that we do not have luggages storage.
Other things to note
This home is a duplex with one shared wall. We have exterior cameras in the front door and also the back door. Make sure to read our house rules and agree to it before booking. Violating any rules will terminate your stay immediately. 4 Max occupancy at all time. No filming or photography.
