« There was an extreme amount of outside the room noise. Multiple sirens, people talking and laughing outside my room. I felt unsafe there. »

« They place was dirty. Floor was sticky, had to keep shoes on and get dressed on a towel so clothes didn't touch. Chair had dog hair and stains in it. I didn't expect much for the rate but this was nasty »

« I would suggest if you want a clean place to stay this is not it. We had no electricity due to rain I’m guessing.?? The bathtub had mold around it and mold in corner of living area with a dehumidifier hiding it. Spider webs , dirty, blinds broke, the beadboard was cracked all over the bathroom. Then they had totes of clean linens right outside rooms for them to change later I’m guessing that we almost tripped over carrying our luggage. The place needs an overhaul inside and out. »

« Resevered parking just steps away from the room. 15 minutes or less from the aquarium, ruby falls, rock city gardens and much more. The bed was super comfy and the staff was very attentive! Great location and price. Definitely would stay again! »

« Patched wall was not painted, told by Expedia I would get a room with two queen beds was given a room with two double beds, tile in bathroom was off the wall as it should have been at the bottom of the wall acting as the mop board, continental breakfast was only two choice of cereal, mini muffins, toast or waffle. Only one waffle iron was working. No bagel as advertised. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. »

« The front desk was super nice both for check in and check out, i mean seriously so nice. Rooms were clean, hotel smelt clean, breakfest was good, I really can’t complain about anything here. Will be staying here again next year. »
