Hotel super ! Tres tres bien placé. Installation au top : tres bon restaurant. Petite surprise sur le petit dressing dans la chambre (mais rien de bien mechant sauf si vous avez prevu d’y rester une semaine à 2). Tres belle salle de sport et piscine !

The hotel is modern and clean. The room is very small (though it does have a big TV). Before we went to sleep on our first night here we noticed that the smoke detector right above the bed is faulty and the red light kept blinking, which was quite disturbing. The concierge person was helpful and creatively got us some black tapes to cover the red light as a temporary fix and promised to have the facility maintenance to fix the issue on the next day. This issue, however, was still not fixed until we checked out five nights later and no one followed up on this thereafter (just to clarify, the black tape was left on so we didn’t see the red light we when slept, but they never got to fix the smoke detector as they promised.). Room service was prompt. They gave you two bottles of water every night. If you want more you’ll have to ask the concierge - we needed three to four bottles of water every night and suggested that housekeeping make a note to leave us with extra bottles, but were told that housekeeping cannot make adjustments and we had to call the concierge every night of the six nights we stayed here to ask for the same thing (another two bottles of water).

Beautiful property with excellent amenities and staff. The daily breakfast is amazing. Some carpet is lifting in the halls and could be a trip hazard. I was disappointed there wasn’t a Dyson hairdryer (as advertised). That was my only complaint, which shows how perfect it was. I’d highly recommend this property.

A very nice hotel located within easy walking distance of many theatres and other central London attractions. Deluxe double room was small, but well appointed and well designed. The interior room has a view into the enclosed courtyard. Staff were friendly if not slightly disorganised. Floor 6 interior room was quite noisy from the loud music in the bar above until midnight at the weekend. Check in was after 15:00, but the room wasn’t ready until 16:00. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Londoner. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had great experiences at three of the restaurants. The rooms are beautiful as is the spa. The team of this hotel really goes above and beyond.

Ok , just got off the phone with the hotel , when we checked out the guy on the reception said there was an extra charge for cleaning the room , he didnt tell us us that it wasnt mandatory basically if he is doing this to every customer the public is getting stiched up , they will refund the money but to be honest i expect a bit more clarity with a 5x hotel . ,

A lovely hotel with great service. We liked the little extras such as the residents lounge with complimentary soft drink and snacks. The breakfast restaurant felt a little crowded and tables were very close together. Rooms were nice and comfortable beds.
