The Space:

We hope you enjoy our cozy and private downstairs apartment! We are always improving it and adding unique touches to make it more cozy for our guests. This place will make you feel at home with its fireplace, big TV, comfy couch, and full kitchen.

We live in the upstairs and can be reached anytime by messaging through the app, calling, texting, or in person if we are home! We have some kiddos so if we are home it is likely you will hear them playing, crying, and just being kids!

This home is a DUPLEX. You will have access to the entire basement with a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, large bedroom and laundry room. This apartment is completely separate from the upstairs with your own entrance and key. The exterior entrance has a shared stairway leading to the apartment and laundry room.

The bedroom has a comfortable King size mattress. The Living room has a comfortable queen sized Pull-out-couch. Clean sheets and bedding are provided.

You will have access to the shared laundry room which is free for guests to use.

Our home is great for couples, small families, solo adventurers, business travelers, or anyone just looking for a place to stay.

Other things to note:

We live in the upstairs so there is a good chance you will hear us if we are home. We have children who do make noise at times but we are mindful of our guests and try to keep the noise down! Another note, with it being a basement apartment the ceilings are a little shorter than normal. There are plenty of windows and light to make it feel bright and happy!
