Trulli residence with private pool close to Locorotondo

From the south side of the sweet hills of Locorotondo in the Itria Valley, one finds Trulli Loco, an antique trulli community that was in the past the home of the Petrelli family. Today it has become a prestigious location for visitors from all over the world.

The community is divided into two areas, the Villa and the Residence. The villa is a splendid independent house with three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom, surrounded by private external space. Separated by a charming driveway, the Residence has been converted from the old stables and wood-fired oven. Consisting of two trulli apartments with their own entrances, one bedroom and an alcove, kitchen and bathroom. The higher part is a panoramic tower on two levels ideal for a romantic stay for a couple. The Residence is surrounded by gardens of olive trees and Mediterranean scrub tat allows you to enjoy the poetic view of the Itria Valley and of the famous profile of the ‘cummerse’ in the historic centre of Locorotondo. The outside swimming poo, surrounded by the typical stone trulli cones, is shared by the guests of the property who can use the deck chairs and umbrellas at anytime of the day.
