'First I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans. 'Very smooth process, from checkin to checkout. The property is excellent, very clean, had all amenities, and all the nice touches, from the little soaps to the coffee pods. 'We had a wonderfull stay in Autumn. Lots of space, options to sit outsite, a truly original feeling of the house. The only missers was that it was on the VRBO website it was stated to be 0.2 km from the Monopoli Catherdral. So we expected to be near the centre of Monopoli, which it is absolutely not. It is as quiet and outside as you can get.....'

'We had a perfect short stay in the Bari area. Nice towns, nice coast, nice weather; what more could one wish for. The house proved to be a perfect point of exploration. It had everything and was in good order except for one shower which had little warm water. Unfortunately it was the season of mosquitoes, which made using the garden area impossible.'

'The place was beautiful! Nice little kitchen with a few dishes. That was wonderful for getting snacks and a few groceries for the week, especially with a toddler in their fruit phase and who loves yogurt. The high ceilings are beautiful.
