'I stayed many times in Llandudno. This however is my favourite B&B -- by far. Great location, great rooms, super breakfast and friendly hosts. '

'First the positives - in very good position for the pier and beach, pubs & restaurants. Onsite parking for £10. Nicely decorated, a bar and small seating area out the front. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Now for the negatives - the hotel is extremely hard to contact to pre book parking although eventually this was done, then there was confusion over my booking for beds for 2 adults & 1 child which was eventually sorted on the day of arrival not ideal and stressful. '10/10from me the room was nice and clean the breakfast was well organised and a good choice and it was only 5 minutes walk from the venue I was attending for the snooker '

'Zeer goed hotel. Indien je een kamer krijgt naast de lift, gelieve onmiddellijk een andere kamer te vragen. Je hoort de lift constant in je kamer. We kregen direct een andere kamer. Goed restaurant, vriendelijk personeel. '

'Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own.'
