'There was an issue with the air conditioner. It was not working properly with the thermostat on the wall. The front desk lady came to the room and got it working. It was late, around 10:00 PM. She was very nice, promptly answered the phone, and came to fix it herself.'

'Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. 'The room itself was very clean. But the room and I assume the entire building is in need of renovation. It’s not a deal breaker but if I’m paying over $100 for 2 queen beds, it would be worth it if the bathroom didn’t need the floors replaced. The hallways needed to be vacuumed badly. Not just a 1 day miss, it was obvious that they’re not vacuumed daily. At least not upon arriving on a Sunday night. Now breakfast is the only saving grace for my stay. It was very good and made up for over paying...
