« The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. Host was very easy to communicate with, available for anything that should arise and very hospitable. This location is central to all sorts of activity as well as near the beach. Also very conveniently has a restaurant next door as well as deli and liquor store on opposite side. »
