'Bathroom lacked body soap and hair conditioner. Only 1 tiny trash can in the entire room.'

'Hotel was prima. Hoewel de inrichting wat ouderwets aandoet was alles toch vrij nieuw en schoon. Er wordt gevraagd naar milieu vriendelijkheid. In Amerika lijkt dat nergens zo te zijn. Airco’s staan vaak onnodig aan en er wordt overal weggooi materiaal voor het eten en drinken gebruikt. '

'This hotel was very clean. We just thought that the pillows need to be upgraded. Very convenient to Pensacola beaches without having to pay the price to be right on the beach. Just a five minute drive to the beach.'

'The pull out bed in the room was only a twin size. Needed a queen for 2. One kid had to sleep on the floor, not enough room.'

'10 out of 10. Would highly recommend. The breakfast was great, the staff were kind and available 24/7. Check-in was efficient. The high ceilings in the rooms were incredible, and gym had just enough equipment to get in a good workout. When we pulled into the parking I thought, wow this place is packed. Could definitely see why after check-in. A lovely stay.'

'Parking was great. The staff were nice and orderly. I always rave about this hotel chain because they genuinely do a great job. One of the elevators was down while we were there but we still barely waited. They do not have a hiring and their swimming pool is on the smaller side but still worth swimming in! Had so much fun diving for toys! One thing i would note is there were a few things in the room that were not cleaned before we arrived. Such as the mirrors. It’s not a huge detail but it is...

'the bed and bath tub had hairs in them and the sheets and towels were dirty. very loud guests and low income patrons overall which should be expected with the price, I guess!'

'The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was super nice and the location of the property was Great!! Literally a walk across the street to Cracker Barrel and several other restaurants. Will definitely be going back on our next beach trip!!!'

'Not sure how this has a 9 rating. Very run down. Multiple issues in the bathroom. Room chair old and stained. Hallways smelled of mold.'
