Located 5 minutes from downtown Lincoln, the Husker Getaway is a family owned 3 bed-2 bath duplex.

A short drive to many attractions such as Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Bank Area, Lincoln Children's Zoo; the Historic Haymarket for shopping, entertainment and dozens of restaurants, and a short 8 minute drive to the Lincoln Airport.

Enjoy the modern living spaces, TV's in all 3 bedrooms, recreational fun in the garage with a ping pong table and lounge chairs and morning coffee on the back patio.

My family had a wonderful stay at this rental. Check-in and checkout were incredibly easy, and the guestbook provided clear, helpful information that made everything seamless. We were especially touched by the generous snacks and the well-stocked Keurig setup—it truly felt like a home away from home from the moment we arrived. The home was very clean, with plenty of towels and thoughtful amenities throughout. There were lots of games to choose from, beautiful decorations, and meaningful art that added so much character. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The home was clean. It is tastefully decorated with a fresh feel. There was space for our family to be together (a large table to share meals and play games; a living room to watch movies and do a puzzle; the game area in the garage) but also have some down time apart (with TVs in each bedroom, the living room, and even the game area in the garage). Our son loved the ping pong table in the garage. The laundry was convenient. The snacks were a nice touch. This was a great place for our family to relax and connect. The location felt safe and we could easily get to various locations in Lincoln. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Our family booked this property to spend Thanksgiving as a family with our daughter that attends the local college. Giving a 5 star rating would be the minimum, as the host has thought of everything to make you feel comfortable and a stock kitchen to provide a holiday meal. We also enjoyed the ping pong table and family entertainment in the garage. We look forward to returning next year for Thanksgiving or next time we’re in Lincoln. This place was all new stuff. Very nice. Had extra blankets, pillows, shampoo, conditioner. They had snacks and water bottles for us. We didn’t need to use the kitchen so I can’t speak to the supply of it. But would definitely stay here again.
