'Our hose reached out within hours of our reservation to thank us and welcome us to his condo ... and again prior to our visit with all appropriate pre-visit information. The condo was very nicely finished and conveniently located near all downtown activities ... just a short walk to Memorial Stadium! The available nearby private parking was an added bonus. All in all, we had a great time and would stay here again!'

'House is more run down than pictured. When we arrived it was a bit dirty. Some bugs in the ground, a sticky brown substance on the floor. The floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned. We could have managed that, but as we gathered in the living room a MOUSE ran across the floor. This was immediately addressed with the property manager. 'The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. It was very nice to have use of the garage. I don't want to nitpick, but the owner needs to address the amenities and...

'The property is very quiet inside. There is street noise because of the location, but they provide sound machines. It is pet friendly. The TVs offer several services and we enjoyed movies on a cold morning.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes. The only challenge was the quality of cooking pots and pans. The available pans caused food to stick. The owner is very responsive.'
