Based in the lovely Sandstone Point property, this home for four is just blocks away from seven miles of beachfront and within a short drive of dining and shopping. If you feel like staying in, just admire the sea from your private balcony.

Take in some ocean air from the balcony before stepping into the living room, which doubles as the bedroom thanks to the futon and queen-size bed. For a small nightly fee, your canine companions can come along too! Cuddle up with your dogs and enjoy entertainment like WiFi or cable on a flatscreen TV!

Enjoy takeout whenever you like with the microwave and mini-fridge by the soothing shower of the bathroom! You can dine outdoors on the patio's picnic table, or indoors at the table for four.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great ocean view!

It has a great ocean view! I only had wi-fi the first night so no tv. I contacted customer service which was going to research it but never heard back. The walls are thin with loud talking neighbors on one side. They also had 3 dogs that would whine and bark.

Unfortunately, 'affordable' means bare minimum. Bathroom consists of a small old 'booth' like size shower with toilet. A small freestanding sink is in the small hallway. Walls between unit also paper thin. So, expect noise!

We had a nice stay. The place was nice and it was clean. Unfortunately the room next to us had someone who didnt care about others. He played loud music. He smoked on the balcony so we couldnt go on our balcony or have our slider open. He yelledat his dogs quite often. Just vwey annoying.

Online communication was good. Property photos were not of the actual property we were given. Neighbors below us were very loud with numerous unattended children. Neighbors beside us took our property lounge chairs right off of our balcony, railings were low enough for the neighbors to reach right over. Parking was very tight and we often had to park some distance away. Would not stay here again.

Disappointed

Beginning with the front door, it was nasty. Was either dirty or the paint was chipped, the door handle was very loose, and the door itself was ill fitting. Light was visible around the door. The toilet/shower area was so small that apparently there wasn't even space for a door knob because it was replaced with the knob from a dead bolt lock. There was nothing to hang clothes on. There was no counter by the sink. We actually purchased a small shelving unit to set our toiletries on (we left it in the unit). The "easy access to the beach" was misleading. There was nothing easy about it. I have always been very satisfied with VRBO and have highly recommended them to many others. I may have to rethink my plans in the future.

Beautiful view

Was a fantastic 4 days. The balcony & the beautiful view was amazing. Looking out to the ocean with a frame of trees really made our trip. The beauty helped obtain the peaceful attitude we all needed. Even got a suntan on balcony. Check in was perfect. Email w/ code simplified so much. Even parking was good. Would stay again for sure. Only thing missing is a place to hang clothes.

View for Less

Stayed at studio for 4 nights. Great view of the roaring ocean from the balcony - yes, literally could hear the sound of the waves from the room. Nice little ocean-front motel with basic amenities and parking on premise. Convenient as far as location - close to theatre (not that I needed movies. Ocean fix was my therapy this trip), coffee house, restaurants, an antique store. Safeway, Walgreen, Starbucks, USBank, Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital, Chinook Winds Casino, surf shops, etc. are just a few minutes drive. Tillamook creamery, lighthouses are nearby. Studio comes with big screen TV, a small microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee, sugar, creamer), and a hair dryer. The queen size bed is comfortable. My only complaint was some loud noise made by next door guests at night. It happened a couple of nights and I decided not to report. Overall, a nice place to stay with a view for less!

Short weekend away

The place is clean, it's TINY! there is a full/queen size bed, not that comfortable with a futon/couch that lays down. The bathroom is sooo small you can't shut the door while sitting on the toilet, the shower isn't bad, but there isn't a fan in the bathroom, so the whole room(itty bitty) gets steamy and wet. The walls are super thin, so you can hear EVERYTHING. My BF stated that his asthma started flaring up the second he walked in the room We actually left a night early because the room wasn't that comfortable, it's better for a single person. I do appreciate that it's pet friendly, but there isn't anyplace in the lot that is really good for taking your dog for bathroom breaks. The view is amazing though! Just wasn't right for us, but very inexpensive.
