'Front desk lady ( Mexican,Latino, Spanish) was very rude!!! Property is dirty and unkempt. Room was run down, floors and carpet needs to be replaced. Toilet paper was cheap, had to use a whole roll in one day and when you asked for more toilet paper, staff act like they didn’t want to give you any. Pool conditions were terrible as well, hot tub looked like it was used as a toilet. During checkout, same front desk lady was rude and displayed terrible customer service. '

'Outdoor room entry in noisy area. TV remote didn’t work. Only staff person on site brought different remote that worked until we wanted to go to bed and couldn’t turn the TV off, had to unplug. Remodel consisted of pouring new paint over 1/4 inch already there. '

'I had a mini suite with a king sized bed and a sleeper couch. 2 TVs and a few chairs. The bath/shower combo allowed the water to leak onto the floor no matter what I did with the curtain. The breakfast was free and a pleasant surprise. It was very clean with an ok selection. The staff was very friendly. Nice hotel for a reasonable price.'

'We booked this hotel for it's location, price, reviews, and the fact that it was recently renovated. Our room looked as though it had mold covered by paint, and upon further inspection, we could see mold behind a wall outlet. We asked the person at the front desk if we could have another room and he did without any issue. He didn't seem surprised or apologize, but he was pleasant and accommodating. Even though there was newer furniture and paint, it was just new stuff covering old. The bathroom...
