  • Situated on the corner of Cedar Street and Midland Avenue, this newer construction beauty is stunning in every way. With five bedrooms there is comfortable sleeping for a maximum of ten people. The open floor plan with combined kitchen dining and living on the top floor is the perfect space for relaxation, cooking a gourmet meal or playing a game of cards. Multiple decks, a screened porch, and a ground floor patio are great outdoor spaces.

    This home is NOT pet friendly.

    All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

    The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

    Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

    We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

    VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Immaculate House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the best: clean, beautifully decorated, impeccably imagined, and so close to the beach. Every detail from the art to the cookware to the way the bedrooms were designed made our stay simple. The dishware is gorgeous, and the coffee/tea area was a welcome surprise. We loved and utilized the large tables and the lovely screened in porch.

101 Cedar is a very beautiful, functional home in a great location. So close to the beach and super walkable to downtown Lewes . Nicely equipped with beach chairs , etc. Open space floor plan is great for cooking, eating, games and movie watching. Our only concern was all of the artwork, statues, sharp corners on furniture and decorative valuable things made it tough for small children. It is not a baby proof kind of house. With 3 small grandkids we were constantly nervous to let them explore . Otherwise super!!

Almost Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at 101 Cedar. It was well-equipped and exactly as pictured. The location worked perfectly for us, and we were able to easily walk to town, the beach, as well as two biking/running trails. The common space was particularly comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone! A few small things could have made it even better - 1) The bikes are an amazing touch, but it seems like they could do with a bit of tuning, the brakes seemed a bit sticky! That said, I was able to take a long bike ride with no problems 2) The window coverings are basically paper (where they have them), if you are at all sensitive to light (or a baby), it is tricky to sleep 3) The owner does not provide access to the garage door; As a family traveling with 3 infants under 1, including twins that share a double stroller, it was inconvenient to have to have someone go up the stairs and back down to let us in, particularly in the intense heat. 4) It does not seem as if the comforters on the bed are washed between guests (this might not be accurate, but that was our perception). 5) This is not an issue with the home, but with the linen package. As we came in from California, it was convenient. That said, the bath towels were some of the cheapest/least comfortable I have used, they felt like what you would receive in a cheap motel.
