'The room was clean and neat. The shower fixture was very loose and the type should be detachable. The toilet paper hanger is difficult to reach especially inconvenient. Move it to under the counter. The numbers on the inside of the elevator are shabby and need replacing.'

'The Moxy Asheville is fun and hip with modern touches and a cool atmosphere. It is a tiny hotel with small rooms but I didn't need any more space than what was provided. I was upgraded upon checkin from a standard King to a corner Mountain View. The room did have a nice view and had a nice size TV. The sink counter was in the main room which I am not a fan of. 'This is my first time ever staying in a hostel before and I am so impressed... Are first I didn't understand it or was a little nervous but once the owners talked to me and everyone was so friendly, I got unshy really quick!!! Perfect location to whatever you're desiring to do in town and if its further then it's just a short bus ride to anywhere... I've never met Kinder people in my life and never felt so welcome somewhere! I wish I could give it 1000 stars... thank y'all so much ❤'

'The room was clean and had a unique layout that had the bed facing the window, which had a great view of Asheville and the mountains. The bar and outside restaurant also have a great view. Complimentary champagne is available in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that parking was valet at $22 per night which was not indicated when making reservations.'
