'This house is an experience not just lodging. It would take a week just to explore all the supple nuances of this house. The location was convenient to all locations in Newberry. And convenient to Prosperity. This was ideal for our plans attending a wedding and other events. My wish is that the host provided a history of the house. We were there on the hottest day this summer. Some areas were hotter than others. We had options to set the temperature lower. But, didn't reaize it until...

'The pictures of the house are heavily filtered. It says newly renovated but it is literally falling apart. The beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced as well. The walls have holes from what looks like someone trying to find a stud with a nail. The place was clean but the walls are stained. The biggest thing was the floor in the bathroom area was severely rotted to the point of falling through. I tried to contact the management company and got nothing but automated responses....

There was much to like about the apartment: The rooms looked nice in the online description, but seeing the place showed it to be even better than expected.
