'We had a lovely stay at the Royal Oak. Hannah was extremely helpful and was quick to respond when i accidentally deleted the message with the keycode! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. We had a superb meal in the pub, and the staff were very friendly. The room was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed the views and a glorious sunset. 'we hebben drie nachten gelogeerd in Rising Sun Hotel. Prima hotel. Mooie gelegen in de heuvels van de Cotswolds. Vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een exclusieve kamer met hemelbed, en wel twee erkers met uitzicht over het dal. Een hotel met oud-Engelse uitstraling. Een aanrader! Voor een wandeling kun je direct achter het hotel de heuvels in, prachtig!!!'

'Great hotel with friendly service and good nice looking restaurant. I was comming in late so they made me a delicious sandwich to avoid going to bed without meal. I received a room with bathroom for disabled people. It would be good to have a squeegee there ;-). Nice parking space but maybe a slow loading station for electric cars would be a nice add-on. Breakfast starts a bit late if you target business people.'

"Prachtige omgeving en heerlijk bed. Personeel werkt had en doet zijn/haar best. Het is alleen gewoon géén 5* hotel. Restaurant zeer teleurstellend (steak rauw, tafels worden niet goed schoongemaakt. service door onervaren krachten). Kamer was prima, maar douche te krap, honden gadgets vergeten (na telefoontje wel snel hersteld) en sauna bleek alleen na 10 am- tot 5pm toegankelijk én tegen extra meerprijs/ zeer klant onvriendelijk. Zoveel potentie en zo weinig waargemaakt. Gemiste kans helaas "
