'Clean Room/ had plenty of space/ iron/ microwave / fridge/ perfect for a couple of nights. We stayed off season , but has a nice view of the water.'

'Clean, easy access, quick check in, key drop check out. Made our quick overnight easy! We stayed for the Maine Coast Marathon and it was only 6 minutes from the lot where we caught the buses for the race the next morning. Great location!'

'The room was clean and the staff was very nice. There was a very strong disinfectant odor in the room. We had to let it air out but it remained the entire night. it was a deal breaker'

'Nice clean room. Excellent location for our needs. Nice tavern on site. The only downside was that the room was just above the kitchen exhaust, and the smell in the room wasn't the greatest. I don't know if other rooms had this same issue.'

'Friendly staff at check in - allowed us in a few minutes early, with no fee. Room was clean, warm and well lit. I missed having a table on one side of the bed and the heating/cooling unit is very loud. Otherwise no complaints.'

'Het is een motel oude stijl. Kleine kamers, minimale voorzieningen. Gehorig dus belangrijk of andere gasten al dan niet rumoerig zijn. Douchecabine camping formaat, klein en verwaarloosd. Gunstig gelegen. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Wifi niet gebruikt, want geen password gekregen en vanwege één nacht verblijf ook niet nagevraagd. Receptie dame vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer wel schoon. Zitten buiten op veranda is een plus.'

'Firs, I will say the towels were clean. The room however was shabby beyond compare. The floor isn't level. There are holes in the wall. The curtains are falling off the rod and held in place with zip ties. There were dead bugs on the floor. The rug was stained. The bed was sunken in the middle. The dead bolt on the door doesn't work. I don't know how this owner can allow people to stay there in this condition.'

'Hotel certainly not ready for travelers. Had to find off street parking in heavy rain just to check in. Next day, shower did not work. Had to shower in another room. No coffee avail at the hotel. Should not have been open with the lack of expected amenities.'
