Latmos Oude Stad Rotsgraven

The hotel staff was extremely polite, kind and professional. Both in personalities and availablity. The hotel was also in a very proper state overall and the location was really good. The staff also handled some ill-mannered guests with such patience and politeness, even though the guests' behaviours were obnoxious. This is applaudable Regarding the room, it was cleaned daily and therefore always proper. A few points to mention were in the bathroom where water would accumulate on the bathroom floor and not drain away. We had to renew our floor towel daily for that reason. Another point is the toilet flush buttons which appeared to be a little loose. We did not make use of the spa & wellness/ gym facility so we cannot comment on that. The restaurant and beach facility was great! We very much enjoyed our stay!!
