The Studio Suite is 615 square feet of contemporary luxury living. It has all the amenities of an upscale condo, with the views and elegance only Palms Place can deliver.
The condo has a full kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, flatware, glassware and dishes.

A $90.70 CLEANING FEE MUST BE PAY AT CHECK-IN TIME (no resort fee).
Because Palms Place is the cleaning providers, therefore they will charge you $90.70 at the check-in time.

*Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

*Please, do not inquire about early check-in or late check-out; IT is NOT AVAILABLE at ANYTIME.

*Upon check-in, front desk will ask for a Credit Card and oficial ID for validation purposes.

*Also, there will be a $100.00 refundable deposit in case any of the following services is used: Room service, Movies, Spa service, and other amenities, such as a fresh set of towels for $10, fresh linen for $20,
refresh (cleaning) fee $60, if you need a touch-up. Feel welcome to contact housekeeping for more details. If anything you order exercises the $100.00 deposit, you will be billed the extra cost.

*This is a NON SMOKING ROOM. However, if smoke is detected, a fee of $325 will be charged.

*If none of the services/amenities listed above are used, your refundable deposit will be processed between 4-6 business days, depending on your bank institution.
