Your vacation retreat boasts 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large loft with a bar, a well equipped kitchen, and 4 smart TV's with DirecTV. Enjoy the backyard oasis, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with tables, chairs, barbecue, and your own putting green! The location is ideal because it is close enough, but far enough! The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 uber ride or 10 miles away, yet far enough to escape the madness and truly relax in this peaceful family friendly neighborhood.

The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it. We live a few houses away and we probably have it at our house.

The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. There are security cameras on the outside of the home to ensure only registered guests stay on property.

I can honestly say that this is one of the best stays I've have had ever! The hosts were more than accommodating and the house was AMAZING!! We came out to celebrate a 40th Birthday party, and this property did not disappoint. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen with pots/pans/utensils, comfortable beds, and the outdoor space was excellent; perfect sized pool for the 7 of us, fun putting green and shaded outdoor seating. The owners were very responsive but also gave us the privacy expected.

Oh man, this place was perfect for our two families which included 6 kids. The house had all the tools for cooking and cleaning, so much space for games and activities, and of course the backyard is great! House is close to nearly everything you need. Best grill of any vacation rental I’ve ever used! Great communication, overall fantastic experience.

The House was Beautiful, our host's replied quickly to all our questions and made our stay that much better. We will definitely choose their home when we come back to vegas! You have everything you need close by, without parking hassles and the rustle bustle of the strip (although its only a short drive away). Perfect for families. Incredible stay in Las Vegas!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property and can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we booked, the hosts were incredibly attentive—always quick to respond and so helpful with any questions we had.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), and the bathrooms were fully loaded with more bath towels than our family of five could use in a week! Every detail was clearly considered to make our stay comfortable and easy.The beds were very comfortable, and the whole space felt like a true "home away from home." The backyard was a highlight—spacious, private, and the swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and letting the kids have fun.Check-in and check-out were seamless and super easy, and the location couldn’t have been better. In a quiet neighborhood in Henderson, yet only about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip—it gave us the best of both worlds: convenience and calm.We have stayed in multiple properties in different locations over the years, and this property was top of our list...they have truly thought of everything! Thank you to the wonderful hosts for such a memorable stay...we will definitely be back!

This house is in a very good location. The neighborhood is very quiet & it’s only a 20-30 minute to anywhere you want to go in Vegas. It was very clean. The pool area is excellent. We were so very impressed by the property! The home was even more spacious than the pictures showed. We felt very at home and had everything we needed. Pure Perfection

This is your perfect stay option for being close to Vegas activities but in a beautiful safe neighborhood with all the shopping and dining you would ever need very close by. The backyard pool, spa, shaded patio(we dined on the deck multiple times) and outdoor TV are spectacular! We found everything we needed to prepare most of our meals in well appointed kitchen for our group of 7. Can't say enough praise about our hosts: responsive, understanding and professional. If you on the fence about choosing another property, just pull the trigger here! One of our favorite VRBO stays... and we've had many across the country.

Our family of 9 had an amazing week at this property. The pool area is a delight. The photos of the property don’t do it justice. The rooms are bigger than they appear in the photos. The host could not have been more gracious and helpful. The location is amazing - grocery store and restaurants close by. Lovely neighborhood. It was a perfect location for our family vacation.

Family trip for spring break

House was great. My wife and I and our 7 kids came for spring break. Pool area was great for all. Basketball hoop in pool was very fun. Safe area. House was very clean and host very responsive and accommodating. We went to the strip, Hoover dam and the valley of fire. Also did k1 go carts which were a lot of fun.
