'Omgeeee!!! I can’t begin to say how amazing this property is!! Richman and the other young lady were so responsive and communication was on point. The pictures do the house no justice, just absolutely perfect!!! It was 19 of us there celebrating my 40th bday and it was more than enough room. It’s always the little things for me too, like the water pressure was good and hot even with all of us using it, they started us off with ample amount of garbage bags and tissue, even though they didn’t have...

'This was our third visit to Sigrid's house. We love it and already have dates blocked for next year. Two of us there just for golf. Everything we need at the house and a grill out back. We play golf in the morning, enjoy the pool in the afternoon and grill at night. The house is in NW Vegas, about 20-30 minutes from the strip. We went to the strip one night for dinner. We are there for golf, house is 10 minutes from the three courses at Paiute and convenient to Hwy. 95 to get to many others....

'It’s hard to find the right words about the mixed feelings we had about our stay in this house. Many things where quite good, but the pictures online give a much spacier, lighter and cleener impression. The lighting in the living room and the bedrooms (there weren’t even bedside lamps) was poor and even a bit eery. The pots, pans and glasses in the kitchen where not really clean and the pans should hé replaced as soon as possible.'

'Lovely home that is very well maintained, The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Also the kithchen has an open floor plan and was well stocked. The home is located in a clean, quite, and safe neighborhood. Barb is fantastic! She's very professional, communicative, availalbe, and helpful. I was very glad to have picked this property and would certainly stay there again.'

'Had a group of 8 seniors together for a quick reunion. Property was large and roomy to accommodate us all very well. We ate and hung out at the house most of the time. Outdoor area is spectacular to relax and enjoy the pool etc. The property management was outstanding and responsive to any of our needs. Would definitely recommend for larger groups and I will definitely stay there again in the future.'

'We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed the weekend for a music festival. We were able to walk to the location (25 mins) where the festival was being held at and was very easy to get around. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived so we were unable to use the pool but it was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries available as well as basic cooking utensils and spices ( which we did not use.) Refrigerator was clean as was the rest of the house. A/C was perfect as well....

'Hele hotel maakte een gedateerde indruk. Beetje uitgeleefd. Afstand tot de strip is te lopen. Ongeveer 2 km. Voor 1 a 2 overnachtingen wel okay. Niet te hoge verwachtingen hebben.'

'Ruime appartementen met aparte slaapkamer en keuken. Ook geschikt voor meerdere personen door gebruik van de slaapbank in de woonkamer. Verder weg van de strip, maar goed bereikbaar met auto. Ontbijt kan gebruikt worden in naastgelegen casino (eigen kosten) Redelijke prijs voor tijdens CES.'
