We visited Las Vegas to see our family and, by luck, this lovely home was within walking distance. We couldn’t have been happier! The place was immaculate and there were many very nice touches. For just one example, we were provided with some excellent ground coffee, quite fresh and two different varieties, which worked perfectly in the coffee pot that was provided. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and the photo provided is quite accurate. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. Perfect off the strip location for family

3000 mile road trip and the kids wanted to see Vegas. This was the perfect place, off the strip. We took a cheap uber downtown and then came back to the quiet neighborhood and relaxed in the pool and spa. The beds were comfortable. Took a lovely walk in the park right out back. Totally stocked kitchen for cooking. Communication with Alan was great!

Perfect Getaway with Pool and Grill!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The pool was a huge highlight—clean, private, and perfect for cooling off during the day. We also made great use of the grill, enjoying a few evenings cooking out and dining on the patio.The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the hosts were responsive, helpful, and made sure we felt right at home. Wonderful home base to explore the Vegas area

We split our time between hiking and the strip, and this was a great location with more peace and quiet than the strip, plus our own heated pool. The pool was lovely!! We used it everyday. We also enjoyed the fun, funky Tuscan Luau decor.

Great stay!!

House was very clean and the pool was great. It was so amazing to have the laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent provided since I’ve always had to buy those items at other rentals. Would’ve loved to have some lounge chairs to lay by the pool but we made due with the patio chairs. Overall, an amazing time and would highly recommend.

Very Sweet Short Stay

Our family enjoyed the warmed pool and spa during Winter in Vegas thanks to Alan and Christine's home being available and it delivered everything they listed. Great stay. Everything as adverstised. Clean and spacious. I appreciate the labeling throughout the house on the light switches et al. Took away the guess work. The oweners are very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Best family gathering spot, EVER!

My extended family travelled to Las Vegas for our daughters wedding in the nearby Valley of Fire. The home of Alan & Christine was the best choice we could have made for a gathering spot! The beautiful tile floor, bright colors and Tuscan decorations created a festive feel as soon as we entered. The nice kitchen & DR, and especially the lovely patio and pool were a perfect place for our two families to to meet and visit. We enjoyed meals from the barbeque, gentle lights reflecting off the pool, and walks around the adjoining park. In our rooms the beds were comfortable and every amenity was provided. I hope we have another chance to visit LV and enjoy this beautiful home. Thank you, Alan and Christine!

Amazing Getaway!

Happy Birthday and a Wedding

We flew in from Michigan for a family wedding. Our son just turned 7 last week so we got to have a family birthday party at the house, use the pool for three days and the BBQ for his birthday. it was a great place for all of it. It is a bit far away from the strip but that is what we were looking for. Overall, the owners were very communicative, took care of issues before we realized that they were issues and were great. Highly recommend.

Very Comfortable

We just needed a comfy place to stay for a few days. (We had two funerals of family members to attend.) Since there were 3 adults we didn't want to get a 2 bedroom suite at a smoky local hotel. We needed 3 rooms and peace. This place was near family and very easy to get in and out and comfortable. If we were here to have fun the pool and park would have been great. If you are looking for no fuss and comfort this is the place!

Home away from home

The house was exactly as we expected it to be and Alan was great to communicate with. We walked in the park and neighborhood, enjoyed the pool and spa and relaxed and watched tv. There was lots of shopping and restaurants near by. It’s a great place to stay and we’d definitely stay again.

Non Tourist In Las Vegas

The pool and park access was outstanding. The home was beautiful, and well maintained. The owner communicated with me about pool maintenance worker coming out. So I wasn't caught off guard. They were very patient with me as this was our first time using VRBO. And I had lots of questions. We celebrated Anniversary and Birthdays in our 9 days there. It was truly a magnificent stay and if we go back we will be looking to stay at this location again.
