IMPORTANT NOTES
• No Resort Fee — most MGM Signature listings add a mandatory $35–$50/night resort fee at checkout; this suite does not. On a 7-night stay that's several hundred dollars already reflected in your quoted rate.
• Laundry — unit 8701 has its own in-unit washer/dryer, not standard in other units in the building. Guests staying 7 or more nights also have access to an additional MGM-managed community laundry facility.
• Parking — complimentary valet for one vehicle per reservation at MGM Signature (subject to availability); self-parking available at MGM Grand at standard MGM rates.
• Check-In — in person at the front desk starting at 3:00 PM. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the booking name and a credit card for MGM's incidental hold ($100–$200, released 3–5 business days after checkout) are required. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out available for $35, subject to availability.
• Primary guest must be 21+. No smoking, no parties, no unregistered guests.
