'Housekeeping did not leave new towels. They ended up doing a $600 hold instead of $100 like they said and didnt tell me until I saw my bank and I had to call and ask. Gym area was nice and clean. Lime/lemon water in lobby which was nice! Overall it was a ok stay.'

'We didn’t make a reservation because it was quick trip, we didn’t plan anything so, I told my wife it’s only 3 1/2 hours drive we can make the reservation when we get there, the person helping was very rude when he gave us the price, and told him that on the app it was cheaper, and he practically said so, why dind’t you do it with the app then? Very rude, did not help at all.'

'This overnight stay was wonderful. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds with accommodation for people with mobility issues. The room was easy to get around, comfortable, clean and they provided plenty of towels and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. This was beneficial since I was sharing the room with a friend.
We ate at the casual restaurant and enjoyed our meal. If you are using the valet allow at least 30 minutes for them to bring your car to the front.'

'The "breakfast buffet" was awful. It was sausage, eggs, and cereal. I wasn't expecting a 5-star resort buffet, but this was absolutely awful and should not be called a buffet. I wouldn't even call it a continental breakfast.'

'Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, but they don't make the breakfast drinks on the menu very early, even at 9am we could not get mimosas yet and their espresso machine was broken, so they comped some OJ for us. Pool was nice and clean, hot tub was very dirty. Front desk is difficult to get ahold of. We accidentally got charged for parking twice and we've been trying to get it refunded for a few days but are on hold with the front desk for hours at a time...

'The hotel was conveniently located for the educational site we were visiting. The very young desk clerk was pleasant but slow during check in. The desk clerk did know the password to the business computer in the lobby and the general password didn't work on it. There are no towel bars in the bathroom. There are no drawers in the room. No additional clothes hangers nor another suitcase rack were available. Housekeeping was sporadic during our 5-day visit. Breakfast was monotonous but convenient....
