Hôtel près de Lake Houser (Mooresboro)

« Plancher de la salle de bain et de la douche malpropre. Miroir de la salle de bain pas nettoyé. Le pommeau de la douche pas nettoyé . Air climatisé bruyant »

« Facility was FULLY under renovations. Right down to jack hammers running in the lobby. I can’t fault them as they are staying on top of maintenance so that’s good. Just made it very dusty and noisy. But I am sure in a few weeks it will look fantastic! »

« Pas assez d’eau chaude pour la douche »

« The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay »

« our rooms were not serviced on Saturday and when I asked about not getting new towels and room cleaned. The lady at the desk said she could not believe that her housekeeper didn't service our rooms. I told her that I didn't lie and she wouldn't even give me a copy of the bill!. The rooms were alright, My son in law was given a hard time when he went to get clean towels, they wanted some kind of coupon the desk is the problem not the rooms. »

« All the juices in dispenser were empty (putting out water) and we were the second group for breakfast. The toaster did not work and the milk in the metal container had a funny taste to it. Stains on the bed spreads and the linens were stained as well. Dirt on the bathroom floor and the toilet looked as if it was about five years old or older. Due to the property having smoking stations, unfortunately one was next to our room, three individuals chose to smoke, talk and laugh for about an hour in...

« Very nice facilities and room, and very comfortable bed! Great location! »

« smokkkk odorrr , moisissure »

« We should have went else where after being moved 3 times because the rooms were not functional. Wasn't helpful or friendly. »

« Bonne expérience globale, rien d'extraordinaire quand même »

« Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la facturation mais ça été réglé. Dispendieux à comparer avec les autres pour les mêmes services. »

« This is a long term stay hotel. There were no amenities in the room, there is no lobby to visit. The linens were clean, but old. »

« Clean room. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly. Quiet. All good! »

« Doesn't look like it is ever cleaned and we seen cockroaches. Looks nice from outside and it is very deceiving until you go in the room »
