'Amazing and relaxing resort'

'What an amazing place to stay. The view and accommodations were perfect. Parking was convenient and we were a short walking distance to the beach, pool, and wonderful restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.'

'Do not book ocean view property, it does not have ocean view at all and the property is well aware of this. It is convenient location by the beach, rooms are large, have space with kitchenette etc so allow you to eat in. The property felt tired as you get into the rooms, amenities were much better up-kept.'

'Un poco viejo, resort grande, muy bien ubicado y tiene el plus de los suites con cocina y dos cuartos que son buena opción para viajes en familia.'

'Westin is een top hotel waar aan alles is gedacht. We hebben niks te klagen!'

'Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options.'

'It’s walking distance to the beach.'

'Pros: The unit! Cable TV like CNBC & Bloomberg, ice machine, pool noodles/snorkel gear, cantenes for day trips, high end kitchen applances and supplies, good mattress. Cons: Undisclosed fees I was asked to pay upon checkin even when I messaged hotel/mgmt/owner? on Expedia platform weeks before to doublecheck and was told no additional $! It should clearly state "pay at property $xx amount" like my other expedia bookings. Expedia resolved it after escalation.'

'Place was very clean, extremely happy.'

'Nice, but too far from restaurants, bars and shops. You have to go to Lahaina for that '

'This Hilton is fine, but it feels old. For several days of our stay, the elevator from our floor would not go down - we had to ride up to go down. Our bathroom sink began leaking and created a flood on the floor. We were only allowed one house cleaning service during the week we stayed. Upon check out, when asked how our stay was, we conveyed that is was just so-so and no effort was made to ask what went wrong, or what they could do for us. We will not be back.'
