'We absolutely loved the White Horse Inn. It’s chic and elegant, but also deeply authentic and connected to the history of St. Wolfgang. The hotel has nearly 500 years of history, with paintings, photographs and little references to its past throughout. It really feels like a destination hotel and part of the history of the area. 'Super clean apartment, owners were vety nice and helpful. There was everything we needed. Little kitchen was cude. We would only need to open it a bit earlier. ( it is closed 22.00-8.30 ). Supermarkets are nerby. All surounded by beautiful mountains.'

'It was in a great location with a short walk to their lake front swimming area. It would have been helpful to have a ceiling fan in the room with the heatwave since there was no AC. They provided 1 fan, but since we had a triple that left our child without a fan. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and the included breakfast was great!'

'Loved this cute inn, in the heart of Hallstatt. I thought not having a private bathroom was going to be an issue but it was not. There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. I don’t recommend bringing large suitcases as there are two flights of steep stairs. We ate a quick meal there when we arrived and before we left and were satisfied both time. 'Easy check in with code to key box arriving 3 o’clock sharp. Very central location with a short walk to the waterside. The dedicated parking spaces were occupied but there is an easily accessible public parking on the other side of the main road that’s affordable. Nicely decorated room. A minus for the bathroom door being a transparent glass sliding door - not much room for privacy. Very strong perfume smell in the lobby which was otherwise the only drawback.
