'The gentleman at check-in was phenomenal. The location was perfect, the tranquility was superb, the surrounding nature was gorgeous, it was comfortable, cozy, and it had everything we needed. We want to come back. '

'Quiet place to get away from it all. No TV, internet is spotty (which keeps you off of it) and trails to walk to the river and look for wildlife. We were there in March 2024 and the snow was melting, the temp was 15 degrees C and the sun was out. I would go again.'

'The property looked like it needed an upgrade, no tv and the WiFi did not work. The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. '

'Close to Lake Louise Ski Resort, and very clean. Only complaint is that wifi is TERRIBLE and there is no cell service. Not ideal. '

Een luxe hotel in Banff geeft meer voor dezelfde of goedkopere prijs. standaard cabin: - verf bij kozijnen afgebladderd - stoel op veranda viel bijna uit elkaar - er stonden kartonnen bekertjes, geen kopjes of glazen voor bijv een drankje, of het spoelen na tandenpoetsen. - Koffieapparaat werkte niet naar behoren - waterkoker was niet aanwezig , theezakjes wel. We moesten blijkbaar om een apparaat vragen. Dit stond nergens vermeld. - geen regendouche zoals...

'Great communication re instructions for check in and check out. Cabin is in a lovely spot quite remote so very peaceful and quiet. Great location for exploring Emerald Lake, Field, the spiral tunnels, Takkakwah Falls and much more. Cabin was very clean and had all resources you’ll need. Wish we could have spent longer there.'
