« A pleasant hotel with a great location close to Lake Louise. However, the welcome we received was rather cold, which is not what I would expect from a Relais & Châteaux property. One particular lady, whose first name starts with a V and who wears glasses (I do not wish to engage in any form of name-shaming), could benefit from smiling a little more and showing a bit more interest when interacting with guests. She seemed visibly bored, which did not leave a very positive impression. Another...

« Incredible hotel with exceptional staff who turn a beautiful stay into an unforgettable one. Thank you for making our honeymoon truly special — we were upgraded to a stunning lake‑view room, received a bottle of prosecco with a small desert and even offered breakfast. The Basin Spa is on another level entirely. We’ve visited many spas, but this one feels genuinely exclusive. There were maybe 8–10 people in total, which made the experience calm, intimate, and perfectly paced. We could explore...

« Close to Lake Louise Ski Resort, and very clean. Only complaint is that wifi is TERRIBLE and there is no cell service. Not ideal. »

« Beautiful cabin. Clean. Plenty of beds. »

« The gentleman at check-in was phenomenal. The location was perfect, the tranquility was superb, the surrounding nature was gorgeous, it was comfortable, cozy, and it had everything we needed. We want to come back. »

« Quiet place to get away from it all. No TV, internet is spotty (which keeps you off of it) and trails to walk to the river and look for wildlife. We were there in March 2024 and the snow was melting, the temp was 15 degrees C and the sun was out. I would go again. »

« We loved everything about the place! Friendly hosts. Lovely shop in office. Small hockey rink. The jacuzzi suite was fantastic! Would love to come back some day! »

« Our Cabin was nice / Had what we needed / Good shower & nice beds / No real cooking can be done except for the gas grills outside / The firepit area by the stream are lovely/ Check in was easy & informative. Loft bedroom has a ladder, and no bathroom up there. Loved the wood burning stove in the cabin. Things they should consider doing that other cabins we have stayed at do: S'more bags for each cabin Hot tub on premises Wifi needs to be available for all cabins Bear spray should be...

« The property looked like it needed an upgrade, no tv and the WiFi did not work. The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. »

« Very nice lodge with a very special view. The location is unique and I felt very privileged to stay at this place. Breakfast and dinner were good. The staff do their best to accommodate the guests. I will definitely go back. »
