Occasionally there's only 1 member of staff working at the desk, which may leave you waiting for a while. I experienced when trying to check out, I had to wait for 15 minutes when I was in a hurry. There's plenty of parking space available, a lot of nature around the hotel, you can go for a walk in...

'This room was gorgeous. The details made us feel special. The book nook, reading area, chocolates on the pillow and herbal teas were treats after a long travel day. The hotel is a short walk from Lake Zurich, which has a lot of dining options. Lake Zurich is gorgeous, utterly gorgeous. Notes: breakfast is offered for a fee on the weekends, but there is a cafe a very short walk away. You can park on the grounds for a small fee, but there is also public parking. Most places take credit cards '
