'The level of service really depends on the individual staff which is present. Overall staff is pretty good and nice. At breakfast you're served well, during the day you may have to search for staff. Occasionally there's only 1 member of staff working at the desk, which may leave you waiting for a while. I experienced when trying to check out, I had to wait for 15 minutes when I was in a hurry. There's plenty of parking space available, a lot of nature around the hotel, you can go for a walk in...

'This room was gorgeous. The details made us feel special. The book nook, reading area, chocolates on the pillow and herbal teas were treats after a long travel day. The hotel is a short walk from Lake Zurich, which has a lot of dining options. Lake Zurich is gorgeous, utterly gorgeous. Notes: breakfast is offered for a fee on the weekends, but there is a cafe a very short walk away. You can park on the grounds for a small fee, but there is also public parking. 'Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei, das Brot frisch und lecker. Sehr guter Kaffee. Wir haben dort auch zu Abend gegessen. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.'

'Prima hotel voor een citytrip naar Zürich. De kamer is netjes, schoon en comfortabel. Het personeel uitermate vriendelijk. Het ontbijt uitgebreid en vers, wel erg prijzig, maar dat is alles in Zwitserland. Het hotel bevindt zich bij een winkelcentrum waar veel restaurants en leuke winkels zijn. Hierdoor is de omgeving van het hotel bruisend. Ook de bar van het hotel is erg gezellig en comfortabel met een breed assortiment aan drankjes en snacks.'

'We enjoyed staying at the hotel, the hotel is in close proximity to the tourist attractions in Zürich and easy to reach by car, there is a large car park next door which is also reasonably priced. We also arrived rather early and received an early check-in free of charge, which was very much appreciated. The rooms are modern and have good amenities. The staff was also very polite and helpful, we will definitely come back.'
