'The property is new and looks like it. It was simply beautiful inside...even the kitchen cabinets and dishes. The hosts were incredibly friendly and provided concierge service by making reservations for restaurants or excursions and treated you like family. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it highly.'

'Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Fruit and water on arrival. Very helpful hosts both Juliana on site and Andrea who lives elsewhere. Juliana was very kind and caring and went out of her way to makes us feel welcome. Very homely. Beach is a good 15 minute walk down and up a hill. Would advise hiring a car due to heat and hills! Pigeon beach lovely, Reduit beach near Rodney bay lovely but lots of beach assistants very helpful but not as calm as Pigeon beach. Beautiful raw and authentic island....

'Jean's condos is a nice apartment, with all the amenities you would need for a self-catering stay. It's well laid out and clean. The apartment is on the main road between Vieux-Fort and Souffriere and you definitely need a car to get to the places such as the beach in Laborie. Traffic from the road gives quite a bit of noise, even at night. Even though the property is not surrounded by a gate or so, it does have a good security system. 'The overall experience was good for the property itself and we found the manager to be accommodating when we wanted to check in early. We also found Laborie (the local village) to be wonderful, with friendly people and an awesome local beach. Check-out was easy and super no-fuss. There were a couple of things that detracted from the stay, however. The kitchen could have been cleaner on check-in some of the plugs might not have been working, and the oven took over an hour to pre-heat to 350F....

'I was met on arrival by Debi. She showed me around and explained certain things. The view from the condo was fabulous. Waking up everyday and seeing those turquoise waters was great. Enjoying breakfast on the balcony was another plus. I choose the location to be away from the hustle and bustle off Rodney Bay. The place gives you a simple St. Lucian feel. '

'The staff response, location, cleanliness and overall set up of this villa is fabulous. We stayed for a month and split our days between activities on the island and lounging at the pool. The sunsets; beach etc are amazing and the villa has all you need and comfortable. One thing to know that this villa is constantly booked. As such it is difficult for staff to be given the opportunity to do maintenance on the pool area and since the pool decking is in constant sun, it shows the wear and tear....

'Great spacious rooms although the view can't be beaten to be the best thing of it. This is of coarse because it is quite a bit up the hill. Its okay to hike down to the town, but I would want to walk it back up. Better take a taxi for that.'

"This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with simple things, then they even talk to each other about you as a group behind the front desk and roll their eyes in front of the hotel guests while you are talking to them. I found that a bit disrespectful. "
