The Space:

This is a relaxed desert basecamp tucked quietly behind the Embassy Suites in the heart of La Quinta. Step out the door and walk to Old Town La Quinta, where the restaurants, boutiques, and the weekend artisan and farmers markets are.



Two community pools and a jacuzzi are a short stroll behind the building, and the patio off the condo looks out toward the mountains. Inside it is bright and comfortable, set up so you can unpack and settle in fast.



Golfers are minutes from SilverRock Golf Club and the Dunes course at La Quinta Resort, and we keep complimentary men's and women's clubs on hand so you can leave yours at home.



The Empire Polo Club and Desert International Horse Park, home to Coachella, Stagecoach, and the horse show season, are a short drive away, and Joshua Tree National Park is about an hour out.



Guest Access:

You have the entire condo to yourself, plus the two community pools and jacuzzi just behind the building. Complimentary golf clubs (men's and women's), pull carts, balls, and tees are available on request, along with tennis and pickleball racquets. Just let us know ahead of time so we can have them ready.



The Neighborhood:

Behind the Embassy Suites in central La Quinta. Walking distance to Old Town La Quinta's dining and shops, a public park, library, and wellness center. SilverRock Golf Club is about a mile away, the Empire Polo Club and Desert International Horse Park about four miles, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden a short drive.



Hiking and biking trails are close, and Joshua Tree National Park is roughly an hour out.

Getting Around:

Most people rent cars but their our Uber's that are right outside the hotel and buses are arranged for certain events and in Old town La Quinta you can cruise with bikes anywhere you want to and very safe to walk at night.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the condo, but guests have free access to the shared community pools and jacuzzi just behind the building. They are heated, open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm, and pool towels are provided.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Access to the community pools and jacuzzi is included at no extra charge, as is parking.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

Free parking is available.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



This is one of two condos we host in the same building, one upstairs and one down. If you are travelling with friends or family you can book both and sleep up to 8, which works well for golf trips, festival weekends and family getaways. Please ask us about combined rates.



Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned keys/fobs are subject to a $250-$300 replacement fee.
