We advised our host on the first day that cable channels not working, I suggested it was a faulty box, someone came two days later and took the box and never returned with a working one, so no cable for our 2 week stay. "We enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t find any soap in our room and there was still a used shampoo bottle in the shower. There were no new amenities either. So I think the cleaner was interrupted halfway. We got what we needed from the front desk. Next day everything was stocked. Breakfast is included and enough to get your day started. We feel the pool chairs can use a cleaning. Same for the chairs in our room. Overall would recommend given the staff, ambience and relaxed atmosphere."
