Desert mornings in La Quinta have their own rhythm - the air still cool, the light turning golden over the mountains, coffee in hand at the outdoor table before the day opens up. This home inside the Signature community at PGA West is built for exactly that kind of time: easy, unhurried, and full of options for however the group wants to spend it.

Living space
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors run along the back of the home, pulling the indoors and outdoors together in one fluid, open space. The main living area centers on a large sofa and a 75` TV - ideal for movie nights or catching a game after a day out. A separate playroom gives the group another place to land, with a nugget couch and its own TV for a more relaxed setting away from the main room.

Entertainment
Golden Tee, arcade games, life size games, a game console, and mini golf mean there`s always something going on. Whether it`s a tournament between friends or a low-key afternoon, the entertainment options extend well beyond the screen

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed, TV, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower, with direct access to the pool. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and TV. Bedroom 3 has two full beds and a TV. An air mattress is available upon request for added flexibility.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for real cooking and shared meals, with a full suite of appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and baking sheet. Dishes, silverware, cooking basics, and barbecue utensils are all on hand. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating available outside.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is the heart of the home. The pool features a swim-up bar, in-pool seating, and a Baja shelf with loungers - available at its natural temperature in summer (85-95°F) or heated to 88°F for an additional $50/day from October through May. The private hot tub is available year-round, open 24 hours. A fire pit, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, cornhole, mini golf, and outdoor furniture round out a backyard made for long evenings under an open desert sky.

Comfort & practicalities
The home is single level with no stairs and offers a private entrance. Air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable through every season. Wifi, a dedicated workspace, washer, and free dryer - in unit are all included. An EV charger - level 2 is available on premises, along with free parking on premises and free street parking. Essentials, extra pillows and blankets, iron, hangers, and clothing storage are provided. A crib and Pack `n play/Travel crib - available upon request make the home suitable for families. Shared gym access is available within the community.

Location
Situated inside the Signature community at PGA West, the home sits within reach of golf courses, Old Town La Quinta, and the Empire Polo Grounds - all less than 4 miles away. Indian Wells Tennis Garden and Palm Desert are a short drive, while Palm Springs and the airport are roughly 30-40 minutes away.

Good to know
Self check-in is via keypad, with a unique code issued per reservation. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM - early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge if the schedule allows. Long term stays are welcome. Cleaning is performed at end of stay; mid-stay cleans are available for an additional fee. The home operates under HOA noise limit requirements. Packages are not recommended for direct shipment to the home.

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
