You have full, private use of the entire home and backyard. The garage is reserved for the owner, but the driveway fits three vehicles and street parking is available directly in front.

You're in one of La Quinta's most walkable pockets - the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is less than a mile away, making this a go-to for BNP Paribas Open fans.



Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds are a quick 5-minute drive.



Dozens of restaurants, sports bars, coffee shops, and golf courses are within easy reach.



Joshua Tree National Park is a scenic 1-hour drive - a perfect day trip.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider valley. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is approximately 25 minutes away. Ride-share services are readily available throughout La Quinta.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the private pool, with its tanning ledge, and the attached spa are yours exclusively. The pool can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Spa heating is complimentary.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property due to severe allergies.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.
