My group stayed at this property for 4 nights. The stay started off awkward because although we checked in after 4pm, I guess the âcleaningâ was not complete because we left to go to the grocery store and returned later and found new towels and bath supplies on each of our beds. Overall the house is spacious as advertised but unfortunately it is not as well maintained as in the advertised photos. There were lots of cobwebs throughout the house, bathrooms had shower curtains with a lot of grime on them, kitchen/living room fan not functional, sliding screen door & lock was non functional and off track etc. The carpets on the stairs were pretty worn and dirty.The biggest concern was a safety issue. One night was rather warm and stuffy so we decided to sleep with the fan turned on low. We woke up to the fan almost landing on the beds and falling on top us. I reached out and the host sent someone to remove the fan. However they removed the dirty/dusty fan down and placed it on top of the bed sheets and didnât send replacements until the last night of the stay. The photo provided was after I was able to remove most of the dust from the bed. Iâm still waiting to hear back from âmanagementâ regarding a few concerns.The host was responsive and the house served its purpose as a quiet location centrally located for our group and a solid place to rest but I donât think we would book again for a future trip.
