The Space:
Find a true escape in the luxe comfort of this marvelous lakefront beauty in the Deerfield Resort! This impressive home away from home enjoys a private and secluded location in the gated community of Deerfield, which grants you and your family access to impressive on-site amenities, including a golf course, an outdoor pool, a sand volleyball court, a kids' park, a pickleball court, a tennis court, and the Deerfield cove marina and airstrip.

Upon entering this lakefront gem, you will discover a spacious and inviting open floor plan seamlessly combining the living room, kitchen, and dining room. High vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows fill the entire space with natural light and allow you to admire breathtakingly beautiful lake views. The living room offers a wonderful spot to unwind and create everlasting memories together - gather around the gas fireplace and cozy up to watch a fun show or movie on the smart TV with streaming services and a soundbar.

When mealtime comes around, surprise everyone with an exquisite homemade meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. There is nothing like a steamy cup of coffee after lunch, right? Coffee connoisseurs will find a complete coffee station with a mini-fridge next to the kitchen. The main level also has two main suites with en suite bathrooms with rain showers and Jacuzzi-style tubs. Downstairs, you will find another large family/game room with games galore and a kitchenette, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and main suites on each side with en suite bathrooms.

Regarding outdoor living and relaxation, the home boasts two large lakefront decks with lounging sofas and tables, an impressive lakefront hot tub, a fire pit area with Adirondack chairs, a small private beach on the lake, and a private boat dock with room for one boat.

Guest Access:
As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.

Getting Around:
Our Norris Lake properties are located in scenic, rural settings, away from busier towns and main roads. Roads leading to many of these properties may include winding routes, hills, varying grades, and narrower stretches typical of East Tennessee’s lake communities. A personal vehicle is necessary, as public transportation and rideshare services are limited in the area.

During the winter months, we recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles and/or appropriate tire chains when snow or icy conditions are expected. During winter weather, main roads are prioritized for plowing, salting, and other road treatments. Snow removal and road treatment on smaller rural and mountain roads may take additional time, with service schedules varying depending on weather conditions and road priorities.

We encourage guests to monitor weather forecasts and plan accordingly. Should winter weather be in the forecast, we recommend arriving with groceries, drinking water, and any other essentials you may need during your stay to minimize unnecessary travel during inclement weather.

☑︎ Seasonal Lake Levels of Norris Lake - Norris Lake is a flood control reservoirs managed by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). Water levels fluctuate seasonally, with TVA generally lowering lake levels from September through April for flood control purposes and beginning to refill the lake in May. Full pool is typically reached between early June and early July, depending on rainfall, weather conditions, and TVA water management. Because lake levels are managed by TVA, they are outside of our control and cannot be guaranteed. Water levels, shoreline access, and dock accessibility may vary throughout the year. We encourage guests to check current TVA lake levels when planning their stay.

We give our guests space - but we are available when you need us. We are available Monday - Saturday 9 AM - 9 PM via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
