Quiet neighborhood as it's half-mile off the highway. Walk via the beach to the new Faro Grill to the east. Walk to the La Cruz marina and the Sunday Market via the beach to the west. Many restaurants in the La Cruz, Bucerias and Punta Mita area.

Cook available - ask owner for list of suggested menus and prices. Breakfast and/or Dinner available. OK to book in advance of your stay.

Bilingual housekeeper included one-time weekly + before/after your stay. Bilingual property manager. Pool cleaning included, three times weekly. Gardeners included one-time weekly. No extra charges for propane or electricity, or services.
