'Great host and communication. The house is cozy and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great in the Japanese heatwave. In just under 10 minutes, you can walk to some of the nicest streets in Kyoto with temples and cafes. However, everything around there closes quite early and becomes really quiet - so be aware if it’s not your vibe. Not a big deal for me, though. 'Great place to stay. The only slight issue is having to go to an alternate place for the check-in but other than that the location is perfect. Close to Metro, restaurants, 7-11 few steps away. Clean, great spaces. The hosts were awesome, thanks for everything.'

'The location was perfect for our stay in Kyoto! Location close enough to the main station but still hidden in a quiet neighborhood. There are multiple transportation options nearby to take you to wherever your kyoto adventures may take you. The staff was quick and kind enough to let us store our luggages before check in and even offered to deliver them to the house while we were out. They spoke English which was extremely helpful.
