'The receptionists were very nice and helpful. They provided us with explanations of what we should visit and how indem (thermal bath) should be used. Everything was clean. There was a slight odor in the room coming from wooden furniture, although it wasn’t disturbing. The breakfast was great and very tasty (we could choose a Japanese or European breakfast). 'Stayed in a separate room with children. The room was a little old but clean and comfortable. We didn't have to worry about the noise from the children because it was a separate room. There was a private hot spring bath, which was very nice. The food was very tasty and there was more than we could eat. The staff were all very kind, friendly to the children, and the service was excellent. All in all, the hot spring resort exceeded my expectations and I would like to return. Thank you very much.'

'Mooie ruime kamer met Kumamon thema. Met schattige knuffels ingericht. Geweldig uitzicht op de vulkaan! Ik begrijp alleen niet waarom er maar 1 nogal dunne handdoek verstrekt wordt. Douche produceert zeer dunne straal dus dat is niet fijn douchen. Uitstekend diner- en ontbijt buffet. Onsen is ook goed. '
