We had an amazing stay. The townhome is well furnished and maintained. Very clean and set-up well for families. The pool is right across the from the house, you can even see if from the porch. The house only really has parking for one car, two is you're willing to park in a strange way. We didn't have any issues with getting a parking spot in the open spots. They are first come first serve, so it might vary based on the week. The only thing was I didn't realize is that its a little bit of a walk to the beach. You're only a few houses from the main street, but you do have to walk on the main road for a few minutes to get to the public access point. But the house was stocked with a wagon which made bringing things back and forth easy. I would recommend staying here.

Lovely home

This townhome is beautifully decorated, comfortable and serene. It is directly across a small street from the neighborhood pool which was very convenient. There was about a quarter mile walk down this small street and along a small section of Fort Fisher Blvd to reach the beach access. The beach cart that was provided by the owner was very helpful in carrying everything to the beach! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen mostly well stocked with some very minor exceptions. It would have been nice to have corn cob holders but definitely not necessary. We thought there were not enough sharp knives at first until we discovered that there is a flat tray at the top of the dishwasher where a few knives had not been unloaded from the previous stay. Many things were provided that were not expected like zip lock bags and paper towels. We did our best not to track sand into the house by using the shower located on the side of the home. It would have been easier to get the sand out of our suits if this had been an enclosed space but we did our best with no privacy. A grill is not provided but we were allowed to bring our own. The nicest feature for me was the elevator. I’m currently having knee problems and the elevator was a life saver in the 3 level townhome! We forbid the children to ride in it at all as a caution to having them do something that would lock up the elevator but they didn’t give it a second thought. We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

This home is beautiful. The decor is well thought out and makes you feel like you’re in a beach resort. The home is clean, close to the beach, and has a well appointed kitchen. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms/showers are lovely, the decks are relaxing, and the location is great! We would definitely come back again! Check-in and guest communication was on point as well!
